365 - Day Eighty Five

It is getting dark earlier every day.... I don't like it, doesn't leave me much time to shoot. I got this one of some of the last leaves hanging on to our apple tree.

So.... there are days when it gets very difficult to get a photo in.... so instead of feeling guilt for being so busy on my crazy days I will be posting an older picture... one that I have not shared before.....

The fall colors will be gone soon, the leaves are falling now.... then the inevitable.... I don't even like to think about it.

No, not a new picture today.... been a crazy day.... this is one of my favorite flower pictures.... and after today's blah weather I wanted to think of warmer days....

365 - Day Eighty One

We picked a final time in our gardens today.... sad that we will no longer have fresh veggies out of the garden... but at least our freezer is full for winter. 

On another note, I had been hearing weird noises outside our front door, almost like someone was knocking.... turns out the blue jays have been eating our decorative corn..... crazy birds. 

365 - Day Eighty

Went to my sister's house today for a pumpkin carving party..... the kid's had a blast.... well at least for the first 10 minutes and then they lost interest and ran off to play.... so of course the adults finished them up... I think they came out very nice -
